SNOW CRAB CLAWS WITH CILANTRO AIOLI

  • About 2 dozen crab claws
PROCEDURE:
  1. Thaw snow crab claws in refrigerator for approximately 8 hours
  2. Serve with cilantro aioli for dipping. Garnish with fresh lemon or lime.
Cilantro Aioli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp jalapeno, minced

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate before serving.
