ALASKA OCTOPUS GUMBO |

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup Bacon, diced
- 2 cup Water
- 1 pt Fresh octopus, steam until tender
- 2 cup Steamed rice, slightly undercooked
- 1 lb Tomatoes
- 1 can Okra
- ½ cup Onions, diced
- 1 x Green pepper, diced
- ¼ tsp Cayenne
- ½ cup Celery, diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste

METHOD:
Boil bacon in water for 15 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer together for ten minutes. Serve with warm cornbread.
