INGREDIENTS:
- 48 slices or 1 lb. 4 oz, Portabella mushroom, sliced
- 1 ½ cups or 12 oz, Balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup or 8oz Olive oil
- 2 gal + 2 cups or Approx 12-14lbs Romaine lettuce leaves torn
- 6 cups or 12oz Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 cups or 24oz Prepared Caesar salad dressing
- 3 qt or 1lb. 2oz, Croutons Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 gal + 2 cups or 6 lb. 8oz, Alaska King Crab meat, shredded
Blend vinegar and oil. Brush on mushroom slices.
Prepare salad, Toss lettuce with parmesan cheese and dressing. |
